Ballast operation completion error
Some vessels experience error messages when attempting to completing ballast operations in TelScope. The reason is usually an inconsistency between the ship settings and the ballast operation: The ship is registered with D1 compliance in ship settings and the user attempts to completes a ballast water operation with "treatment enabled" and "in accordance with BWMP" checked. This solution is to enable "D2 compliance" in ship settings, assuming that the vessel is indeed D2 compliant.

Vessel is marked as D1 compliant in ship settings
Ballast operation completion fails when attempting marked as treatment in accordance with BWMP:
Solution:
Mark the vessel as D2 compliant (assuming that it is D2 compliant)
