Installation Report
During the installation and configuration process in the TSW Configuration Tool, the Installation Checklist must be completed and signed digitally by the installer.
TELSCOPE
Before the Installation Checklist can be finalized, the Master must provide a statement confirming that:
- All crew members have completed their Familiarization Checklist TELSCOPE → Checklist
- The system has been properly configured with the required roles and users TELSCOPE → Settings → Users/Roles
- Tanks and machinery have been configured correctly TELSCOPE → Settings → Tanks/Machinery
- All required system settings and configurations have been completed TELSCOPE → Settings → Ship
Master Statement
The statement section of the Installation Checklist can be generated from TELSCOPE Shore:
TELSCOPE Shore → Vessel → Select Vessel → System → [Master Statement Link]
Once the Master has opened the link and completed the statement, the complete Installation Report can be downloaded as a PDF from the same location in TELSCOPE Shore.
The completed Installation Report can then be submitted to the relevant Flag State and/or Classification Society (Class)as required.
Crew Training Report
Some Flag States and Classification Societies may also require documentation confirming that all crew members have completed the required training and Familiarization Checklist in TELSCOPE.
This report can be generated onboard in TELSCOPE:
TELSCOPE → Reports → Certificate Report
The Certificate Report provides documentation of the crew members' completed training and can be submitted together with the Installation Report when required.
